• Payments are non-refundable once the project has started

3. Booking & Cancellation

• Bookings are confirmed only after payment

• Cancellation or rescheduling must be informed in advance

• Last-minute cancellations may result in charges

4. Delivery Timelines
We aim to deliver projects within agreed timelines. However, delays may occur due to:

• Client revisions

• Unforeseen circumstances

• Technical issues

5. Revisions

• Limited revisions are included in the package

• Additional revisions may be chargeable

6. Intellectual Property

• Final deliverables can be used by the client for business or personal use

• Boom Media Pro retains the right to showcase work for portfolio and marketing unless agreed otherwise

7. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:

• Provide accurate information and requirements

• Approve concepts and drafts on time

• Cooperate during shoots and project execution

8. Liability
Boom Media Pro is not responsible for:

• Indirect losses (business loss, missed opportunities, etc.)

• Issues arising from misuse of content after delivery

9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, technical failures, etc.).

10. Agreement
